Raw Vegan Veggie Cheeseburger!
π Raw Vegan Cheese Burger Recipe!!!! π Ok so these are seriously amazing. They really hit the spot if you're craving an old In-N-Out burger and want that nice juicy and crunchy burger feel without the beef. 100% Raw, Living, and conscious ingredients.
Here we go:
πBurger pattie:
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4 red onion
3 cloves garlic
Pulse in food processor
Next Add in
1.5 cups sunflower seeds soaked 2-6 hours
4 dates
3 tbsp Cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1tsp sea salt
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne
Pulse
Add in 1/2 cup of fresh basil
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Pulse till you have a nice fine consistency.
Place on dehydrator sheet in 4 burger patty shapes about 1/2 thick.
Dehydrate for 5 hours @110 flip half way.
π§Cashew Cheese Dressing:
Blend 2 cups soaked cashews
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
1tsp sea salt
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup coconut aminos1 handful fresh dill
For the burger take some ice-burg lettuce (key ingredient for that awesome crunch) and put a layer of cashew cheese on bottom lettuce bun, then burger patty, then cashew cheese, then fresh avocado, tomato, sprouts, pickles, another layer of cashew cheese, then boom top with a couple more pieces of ice-burg lettuce. . What you have here is a super bomb diggity, conscious, sooooo tasty raw vegan cheeseburger! . What are your thoughts? Would you eat this? ππ¬π€©
